Please arrive 10 minutes early to enable you to settle in so that we can start the class on time.
Wear comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict your movement.
Our studio is fully equipped with everything you need, mats, bolsters, blocks and straps. However you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer
It’s best not to eat a full meal at least 2 hours before class. A snack is fine, but try to leave at least 45 minutes from when you have eaten to when the class starts
